Audrey Frey serves as senior managing director and market leader for CBRE’s South Carolina business, overseeing operations and driving strategic growth across Greenville, Charleston, and Columbia. She leads all Advisory Service lines – including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management – with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and teams. With more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Frey is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of professionals.
