Powerus Corporation (Nasdaq: PUSA), the Rock Hill, South Carolina-based defense technology company focused on autonomous and unmanned systems, revealed the company’s Guardian-3 counter drone interceptor this week at the Association of the United States Army’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Exposition, held Oct. 12-14 in Washington, D.C.
At the expo, attendees received an early look at the Powerus Guardian-3, the third generation of its Guardian counter-drone interceptor family. Where Guardian-2 introduced semi-autonomous operation, Guardian-3 features a new design built for fully autonomous operation. Powerus will share additional technical details, including availability, at a later date.
“AUSA is where the Army and its partners come to see what’s next. This week we’re giving a first look at the next Guardian,” said Andrew Fox, chief executive officer of Powerus.
“Every generation of Guardian has taken more of the load off the operator. Guardian-3 is the next step, and we’re glad to show people where it’s headed,” said Brett Velicovich, co-founder and president of Powerus.
