Since joining the firm in early 2025, Norvell has assisted in multiple sale and lease transactions and identified off-market opportunities for clients. His focus is on landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions, and site selection throughout the Southeast.

Before entering commercial real estate, Norvell spent six years in retail operations, an experience that shapes his practical approach to advising growing companies on real estate decisions.
