Greenville Pro Soccer and Ghost Brands have announced a new partnership naming Ghost Brands as the official Agency of Record for GE Vernova Park, the transformational multi-use stadium currently under construction at BridgeWay Station in Mauldin, South Carolina and scheduled to officially open on June 3, 2026.
The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the Upstate’s newest sports and entertainment venue, which will serve as the future home of Greenville Triumph SC and Greenville Liberty SC. Designed as a smart-sized, broadcast-ready facility with an initial 6,000-seat capacity and future expandability to 10,000 and ultimately 12,000, GE Vernova Park is positioned to become a year-round destination for professional soccer, concerts, festivals, and community gatherings throughout the Upstate.
As Agency of Record, Ghost Brands will lead brand management, marketing strategy, website development, digital ecosystem buildout, content production, and experiential storytelling for the stadium as it moves toward its inaugural season and long-term activation strategy.
In addition to serving as the venue’s marketing and branding partner, Ghost Brands has worked directly alongside GE Vernova and Greenville Pro Soccer throughout the development of the soon-to-be-launched GE Vernova Park brand identity; helping shape a visual and strategic system designed to become a defining mark of the venue’s look, feel, and public presence for years to come. Through extensive research, positioning, creative development, and storytelling strategy, the partnership has focused on building a brand ecosystem that reflects the innovation, sustainability, and forward-thinking mission associated with GE Vernova while creating an identity uniquely connected to the Upstate community.
The partnership reflects Greenville Pro Soccer’s long-term vision of building a cultural centerpiece for the region.
“This isn’t simply about opening a new stadium,” said Britton Briley, founder and owner of Ghost Brands. “It’s about shaping the identity of a place that will host first games, first concerts, community milestones, and memories for decades. GE Vernova Park is being built with intention; from sustainability to fan experience and our role has been to ensure the brand, storytelling, and overall visual identity match the magnitude of that vision while continuing the impact and mission that GE Vernova represents globally.”
Owned by Greenville Pro Soccer and with naming rights held by GE Vernova, the stadium has been designed as a net-zero-ready facility that reflects innovation, sustainability, and long-term responsibility. Its location within the rapidly growing BridgeWay Station district further positions the venue as an anchor for dining, retail, entertainment, and community engagement in southern Greenville County.
For stadium leadership, the partnership with Ghost Brands brings extensive sports venue experience and regional brand expertise into the project during one of its most important phases; not just the launch, but the establishment of a long-term identity.
“From day one, our goal has been to create a stadium that feels distinctly Upstate, modern, accessible, and community-driven,” said Trey Kolak, acting general manager for GE Vernova Park. “Ghost Brands understands how to translate that vision into a cohesive brand experience both inside and outside the venue. Their background in sports marketing, live event storytelling, and brand development made them a natural fit as we move from construction to activation.”
Beyond matchdays for the Triumph and Liberty, GE Vernova Park is being designed as a multi-use platform capable of hosting corporate events, tournaments, concerts, festivals, and civic gatherings. Ghost Brands’ scope will include strategic storytelling around construction milestones, time-lapse documentation, sponsor integration, social media growth, digital engagement, and early community activation initiatives designed to build momentum leading into opening day and beyond.
The collaboration signals a unified approach between ownership, stadium operations, venue branding, and marketing; aligning vision, execution, and long-term growth under a shared strategy designed to position GE Vernova Park as one of the Southeast’s premier experiential venues.
As construction progresses and the countdown to kickoff continues, GE Vernova Park is steadily emerging as what officials with Ghost Brands have described as the Upstate’s new front porch; a place where sports, culture, innovation, and community converge.
