BBG Construction Law has expanded into South Carolina with the opening of its Charleston office on August 1, 2026, establishing a permanent presence in one of the country's fastest-growing construction markets.
To lead the firm's Southeast practice, founding partner Buck Beltzer has relocated full time to South Carolina. A former civil engineer, Beltzer has spent his legal career advising contractors and other construction industry participants on contracts, project strategy, risk management, and complex construction disputes.
The Charleston office reflects BBG's commitment to growing alongside its clients and serving them where they build.
"South Carolina continues to attract significant investment in manufacturing, infrastructure, commercial development, logistics, and energy," said Beltzer. "Many of our clients are already building throughout the Southeast. Establishing a Charleston office allows us to better support those clients while becoming an active part of South Carolina's construction community.
