SayeBrook, the 730-acre master-planned community developed by The Jackson Companies, has been named a finalist in two of the real estate industry’s most respected juried awards competitions, earning honors for the community while two of its builder partners also received recognition for home design and craftsmanship.
SayeBrook has been named an Award of Merit winner and Grand Award finalist in the Gold Nugget Awards’ Masterplan Community of the Year category. The annual awards competition, which considered more than 800 entries, is presented by the California Building Industry Association (CBIA) and Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC). It recognizes the nation's most innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
In addition, two of SayeBrook’s builder partners, Saussy Burbank and Toll Brothers have each been named Award of Merit winners and Grand Award finalists in the Gold Nugget Awards' Best Single-Family Detached Home (2,001–2,499 Square Feet) category, recognizing the exceptional design and quality of the homes within the community.
"We are extremely proud to have SayeBrook, along with Saussy Burbank and Toll Brothers selected as Award of Merit winners and finalists for the Grand Award in the Gold Nugget Awards,” said Derek Harris, vice president of Development for The Jackson Companies. “Being recognized alongside some of the nation’s most respected communities is an honor.”
SayeBrook has also been named a finalist for Best Mixed-Use Project in the 2026 Aurora Awards by the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), which will be presented during the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) in Orlando. The Aurora Awards recognize excellence in residential, commercial and mixed-use development throughout the Southeastern United States.
“Being named a finalist for Best Mixed-Use Project in the Aurora Awards affirms The Jackson Companies’ vision for SayeBrook and reflects the collaboration and commitment among our builders, partners, and development team in bringing that vision to life,” Harris said.
