Hotel Hartness has been named to Travel + Leisure’s 2026 T+L 500 list of the best hotels in the world, a prestigious recognition highlighting the properties global travelers return to time and again for exceptional quality, luxury, and service.

Featured in the May 2026 issue of Travel + Leisure, the annual T+L 500 is drawn from the results of the publication’s 2025 World’s Best Awards. The list serves as a trusted resource for travelers, compiling standout hotels and resorts across the globe known for their outstanding amenities, thoughtful design, and memorable guest experiences. The 2026 T+L 500 is organized alphabetically and by geographic region and is not ranked.

“Being named to the T+L 500 is an incredible honor and a reflection of the experience our team strives to create each day,” said Sean Hartness, CEO of Hartness Development. “Since opening, Hotel Hartness has been rooted in a commitment to thoughtful design, personalized service, and a deep connection to place. To be recognized by the readers of Travel + Leisure on a global stage is both humbling and inspiring.”

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the guests who have chosen to stay with us and share their experiences,” said Michael Bonasia, director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Hartness. “We are truly grateful to our guests for their continued support and for being part of our story. It is their enthusiasm and loyalty that make honors like this possible.”

Since opening in March 2023, Hotel Hartness has quickly earned national recognition, consistently appearing among Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards and other leading hospitality accolades. Set within the 482-acre Hartness community, the boutique hotel offers a guest experience shaped by its natural surroundings, refined architectural character, and curated amenities, including elevated dining, a full-service spa, and access to miles of walking trails and preserved green space.

The full list of the 2026 T+L 500 will appear in the May 2026 issue of Travel + Leisure, with select highlights available online at travelandleisure.com.
