I'm a social media producer at MMGY Global, where I get to combine my passion for storytelling, creativity, and travel to help destinations connect with people around the world. I love that my role allows me to showcase the unique experiences, people, and places that make each destination special while creating content that inspires others to explore. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work alongside tourism brands, local businesses, and community partners to bring their stories to life through social media. What I love most about the travel industry is its ability to introduce people to new places and cultures, broaden their perspectives, and create memories that last a lifetime. Looking ahead, I hope to continue growing within destination marketing while supporting clients with authentic storytelling that captures the heart of each place. To me, giving back means using my skills to celebrate the communities around me, uplift local businesses, and inspire others to experience all that the world has to offer.

Favorite Quote and Why: "All growth starts at the end of your comfort zone." – Tony Robbins. This quote reflects the mindset I try to carry with me every day. Personal and professional growth requires taking risks, embracing uncertainty, and being willing to challenge yourself – which will always be out of your comfort zone. I've found that the moments that have shaped me most, both personally and professionally, began with stepping outside of what felt familiar.

Definition of a Successful Leader: They listen as much as they speak, value different perspectives, and foster an environment that encourages those they are leading to grow. I believe the strongest leaders lead with humility, make thoughtful decisions, and foster a culture where everyone feels respected and motivated to contribute.

Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: I would tell my 18-year-old self that you don't have to have everything figured out. I pressured myself into thinking I needed a perfect plan, but the best opportunities came from being open to change and saying yes to experiences I've never expected. Every challenge, setback, and success taught me something valuable. Trust yourself, stay curious, and remember that growth comes from the journey, not from having all the answers from the start or even the destination.
