Age 30

I serve as first vice president at CBRE, specializing in retail brokerage across the Carolinas. With nearly a decade of experience in retail advisory, I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to both tenant and landlord representation. My deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and commitment to long-term success have made me a trusted adviser in the retail sector. Known for pairing data-driven insights with a nuanced understanding of local markets, I consistently uncover opportunities that deliver exceptional value. At CBRE, I continue to guide national, regional, and local retailers through site selection strategies, while partnering with owners, investors, and developers to craft leasing strategies that enhance portfolio performance.

Definition of a Successful Leader: A successful leader leads by example and inspires integrity within their followers. This is someone you can be proud to say you learned from who in turn would be equally proud to say they taught you.
